M.D. has been Involved in the Military, Law Enforcement, and Private Investigation arenas for over 16 years and is currently a Chief Investigator for Citadel Investigations. M.D. is an experienced Criminal Investigator with past experience in Criminal and Civil Investigations including: Misdemeanor thru Class A felonies, Family Law, and Civil lawsuits.

M.D. is experienced and familiar with Military & Law Enforcement procedures including: training, weapons systems, and tactics such as: Patrol Procedures, Crime Scene Processing, Legal vs Illegal Search and Seizures, DUI arrests/BAC processing, Assault Rifle(s), Shotgun/Pistol, Defensive Tactics, Fast Rope, Rappelling / S.P.I.E., TASER, Peppperball, CQB, and more.

During his Law Enforcement career M.D. was a Firearms Instructor, DT Field Instructor, and Patrol Deputy, and received his Peace Officer’s Certification from WSCJTC.  M.D. still holds WA State accredited certification as a Firearms Instructor and has past experience in instructing Basic and Advanced Firearms Techniques, Defensive Tactics, Chemical Agents, Handcuffing, and conducting Armed Certifications for Private Investigators, Private Security and Bailbond Recovery Agents.

M.D. has received numerous awards for excellence in marksmanship, physical fitness, personal initiative, and outstanding leadership. M.D. is a consummate professional and strives for excellence in himself and his investigations.

USMC: Infantry Squad Leader (Sgt), Combat Weapons Instructor, Close Quarters Battle Instructor (CQB), HRST Master, Expert Rifle/Pistol, Live fire Tower NCO, Marine of the Quarter, Honorable Discharge.

Awards: National Defense Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (3rd Award), Joint Meritorious Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal, Rifle Expert (5th Award), Pistol Expert (2nd Award).
